Our Houston Area Heroes Program
Most Heroes/Heroins do not consider themeselves worthy of the title and will always inform you that "We are just
doing our job" but in reality they make what sometimes is a person or families most stressful worst nightmare into
a manageable situation and help them get through it in their time of need. Houston Area Heroes continue to serve
and protect 24/7 due to their passion for helping people. Serving the public is an honor and very emotionally
rewarding to Heroes.
Realty Dream Makers Broker is a proud Civil Servant and believes in helping Houston area Heroes in buying and
selling Houston real estate. Our Houston are Heroes program is a Broker Special only offered exclusively
through this website. All agents working with Realty Dream Makers are independent contractors and are given the freedom
to participate in our various programs, however all do not participate. Please ask our agents if they
participate in our programs offered on this site or contact broker to inquire if an agent participates in
special
promotions.
Realty Dream Makers is proud to offer great savings to our Houston Area Heroes. Our Heroes Program is available
to the following full-time employees who are:
- Firefighters / EMT's - Sworn paid members of a fire department whose regular duties
include suppression of fire, fire Prevention, arson Investigation, emergency
communications, rescue, emergency medical response, hazardous materials response.
- Police Officers – Individuals commissioned as peace officers by the state who work for county, or
local city government, or a private/public college or university sworn to uphold the law.
- Health Care Workers – Accredited, certified, registered or licensed health care workers who are employed
full-time as a Medical resident, Dental Hygienist, Registered Nurse, Nursing assistant, Pharmacist, Pharmacy
technician, Physician’s Assistant, Medical technician, or therapist.
- Veteran, Active Military, Active Reserve or Retired – Qualified veterans include military members
honorably discharged from any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Educators – Individuals employed full-time by an accredited or state recognized public school, private
school, or federal, state, county, or municipal educational agency as a state-certified teacher or
administrator in grades K-12 or higher education.
